Elora Concrete Safe Remover ECSR has been specifically designed as a regular agitator maintenance wash product. Our unique formulation featuring an increased ratio of Urea, surfactants and rust inhibitors, effectively reduce corrosiveness to metal equipment and all other contact surfaces.
- Unlike traditional highly corrosive, and topically dangerous acid-based cleaners, the active component in ECSR is urea hydrochloride; a supremely effective cleaner with low skin irritant levels providing a much safer clean.
- The composition of ECSR includes an organic, cationic inhibitor for both corrosion and flash rusting. This inhibitor minimizes pitting and attack on metal and alloy surfaces.
- ECSR, expelled through the Elora Automated Foaming Application System, automates dilution at the ratio 1:1 (water:product), ensuring optimal delivery of product and eliminating waste.
- ECSR has been independently tested and proven to exhibit nil results in both pH and air entrainment within recycled water on site.
